Free 5-day international school for eco-volunteers, NGO/community leaders and members of ecological initiative groups, aged 18-50, held in parallel in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan in September. Covers building an ecological community, engaging locals on environmental issues, turning an idea into a long-term project, finding partners/resources, and organizing eco-events. Training, meals and accommodation (for out-of-town participants) are covered; travel to the venue is at the participant's own expense. Most active leaders afterward may be invited to a follow-up school in Moscow and a closing meeting at the Tulskiye Zaseki national park, with that travel covered by organizers.
